FOUNDATION YOGA WITH AMBER

Explore the foundations of YOGA, including standing and sitting postures, breathing and meditation.  During the class, you can expect to improve your overall fitness level by gaining strength, increasing your flexibility and balance capability and improve your cardiovascular fitness.  This class is suitable for individuals who are new to yoga as well as those who are looking to gain more experience and improve their technique.

Finding it hard to register for 2 months of Yoga, register for just 1 month!
